Snobbywood celebs don't want you to vote

Don't vote? Vote? Register to vote while you poop? I'm not sure what this five-minute-long, star-studded Declare Yourself get-out-the-vote video is trying to tell me. One thing it does say to me is that the people who wrote the script are condescending elitists, and if they don't love America they should git out. But so what if a part of me doesn't like being talked down to by a motley crew of rich celebrities? A part of me loves it. The spot plays with my emotions and puts me in my place: "You're smart, you're stupid, I hate you, I love you, don't leave me, go away." And where is my place? Today, it's way below the super-cool, well-informed Hollywood elite. On Nov. 4, it's in a voting booth ... probably a poor-person voting booth, not the diamond-studded, air-conditioned voting booths of the stars. Exercising my miserable, non-celebrity Constitutional rights.
